The
Skype app allows you to make calls between Skype accounts or phone numbers. As
a first step, open the Skype app and sign in or create a Skype account. Find
the person or group you want to talk to. If the person already has an account
on Skype, you can search for their name or Skype username, or select the
contact from your Skype contact list. After selecting the contact or group,
click the corresponding buttons to start a call or video call. Skype will check
if the other party is online and ready to make a call. If the other party
accepts the call, the call will begin. You can send text messages, make voice
calls or video calls during the call. Allows free voice and video calls between
Skype accounts. Therefore, in order to reach a person without a number, both parties
must have Skype accounts.
